Have DSL, T1 and DS3 Prices reached Bottom?
In recent history, DSL, T1 and DS3 pricing has been generally decreasing. Have we reached the bottom? There are indications that this is the case. Some carriers have raised their DSL and T1 pricing over the last month. Others have started to offer value added features rather than lowering prices further.
